PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control apparatus and its method, enabling an operation corresponding to the mode of a device through a network and enabling easy selection of an image to be publicized on the network in the device. SOLUTION: An adaptor connected to a device and connected to a client terminal via a network displays an operation screen corresponding to the processing mode of the device on the client terminal, and remotely controls the device operation on the basis of an operation signal for the operation screen. In addition, when the processing mode is a remote control mode allowing stored data to be read from the client terminal to the device, the images set for publication in the device are displayed on the client terminal.
