<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embody a method for functional imaging in an intervention environment to enable three-dimensional time-resolved imaging of perfusion processes with the aid of functional flexible C-arm X-ray devices. <P>SOLUTION: A method for three-dimensional representation of a moving structure by a tomographic method, includes taking a series of projection images by image recording units (2-4) during a rotational run from recording angles (ϕ) between a start angle (ϕ<SB>0</SB>) and an end angle (ϕ<SB>T</SB>), and includes three-dimensional image data reconstructed from the projection images. The method includes a first perfusion measurement with a first contrast agent injection and at least one first rotational run and at least one additional perfusion measurement which is accompanied with additional contrast agent injection and at least a further rotational run, and which is started after the preceding perfusion measurement is ended. The start time and/or the start angle (ϕ<SB>0</SB>) of the one additional rotational run deviates from one another in respect of the time of the contrast agent injection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
