<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock device constituted to suppress an illegal picking act. <P>SOLUTION: The cylinder lock device is provided with an approximately cylindrical rotor case 20; a rotor 30 rotatably disposed inside the rotor case 20; a sleeve 40 rotatably disposed between the rotor case 20 and the rotor 30; tumblers 50 provided at the rotor 30 movably in a radial direction; and a rotatable lever member 60 opposedly disposed on the opposite side to the key insertion side in the rotor 30.
