PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of sustaining effect even when time is elapsed by eliminating problem of conventional devices wherein the energy from magnetism and ceramic is reduced when time is elapsed, and the effect is lowered or eliminated. SOLUTION: In this device, a material wave resonator generates a copper ion effect with low voltage when the output of the material wave resonator flows in a copper plate by utilizing a 12 or 24 V DC current.
