摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, a titanium alloy for heat resistant members, which has creep resistance at 850°C equal to or higher than that of the conventional heat resistant alloy and also has excellent high temperature fatigue strength. SOLUTION: The titanium alloy for heat resistant members having excellent high temperature fatigue strength and creep resistance has a composition composed of, by mass, 5.5 to <7.0% Al, 3.0 to <8.0% Sn, 0.5 to <2.0% Zr, 0.3 to <1.0% Mo, 0.35 to <0.55% Si, 0.05 to <0.20% O, <0.07% of (Fe+Cr+Ni) and the balance titanium with inevitable impurities.
