A noble catalyst which has excellent heat resistance and more effectively exhibits actions of catalyzing the conversion of harmful gases into harmless gases is provided, a coating method of the catalyst is provided, a ceramic plate manufactured using the catalyst is provided to obtain excellent heat resistance, durability, and thermal conductivity, and an exhaust gas reduction apparatus for an incinerator manufactured using the ceramic plate is provided. An exhaust gas reduction apparatus(50-1) comprises: a long cylindrical apparatus outer pipe(60) having an apparatus inlet(61) formed on a lower part thereof to flow gas into the apparatus, an apparatus outlet(62) formed on an upper part thereof, and a removable apparatus cap(65) as a top side(disk) thereof to facilitate inserting or mounting of components into the apparatus; a heating shaft(70) axially penetrated into a central part of the apparatus outer pipe having a tubular heater(71) penetratingly mounted on an inner part thereof, a sensor(72) installed on a top part of the heater, and a power supply(75) connected to the tubular heater and sensor; a radiating fan(40) coated with a catalyst and installed on the heating shaft, the radiating fan including a fan inlet(41) having a disc plate coated with the catalyst and a fan outlet(42) having two of the disc plates; and buffer units(80) inserted between the radiating fan and disc plate, or between the respective disc plates. In a catalyst comprising a catalyst solid consisting of a catalyst component catalyzing conversion of harmful gases generated during the incineration into harmless gases, the catalyst comprises 50 to 70 weight parts of the catalyst solid, 10 to 30 weight parts of silica sol or alumina sol, and 10 to 30 weight parts of water or alcohol as a diluents.
