PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-like container which is manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: The bag-like container A includes a container body 1 formed by jointing peripheral edges of two films 3A, 3B arranged opposite to each other and an attachment member 2 formed of a resin fixed to the film 3A of the container body 1. A laminate film consisting of a metal layer and two resin films holding the metal layer between them is used for the film 3A.
