<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor module which can improve conversion efficiency and suppress a change in conversion efficiency, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor module A1 includes: an input-side lead 1A and an output-side lead 1B that are arranged away from each other within the same surface; a light emitting element 2 mounted to the input-side lead 1A; a light receiving element 3 mounted to the output-side lead 1B; and a transparent resin 4 covering the light emitting element 2 and the light receiving element 3. A groove 11A is formed on the input-side lead 1A, a groove 11B is formed on the output-side lead 1B, and the grooves 11A and 11B form a part of contour of the transparent resin 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
