摘要 A temperature sensor module of the cryogenic cooling pipe is provided to be installed in the superconductor magnet and the superconductor bus line for monitoring the cooling status of the superconductor magnet and bus line and to measure the temperature of the inlet and the outlet of the pipe. The temperature sensor module of the cryogenic cooling pipe comprises a body(100), a temperature sensor(200), a thermal anchoring bobbin (300), a terminal(400) and the first and second protective caps(610, 620). The body includes plurality of holes and consists of the material with a superior thermal conductivity. The temperature sensor combined in the sensor combining aperture and is fixed to the body. The sensor combining aperture is equipped in the body. The thermal anchoring bobbin reduces the heat delivered to the temperature sensor from outside. The terminal is positioned in the upper side of body. The terminal is patterned with the PCB in which the junction of each lead line of sensor is made for connecting between the shield cable and the lead line of sensor. The protective caps protect the fixed component and cut off the external heat.
