PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure capable of preventing a decorative straight tile positioned on a lower part side of a joint of the decorative straight tiles from being cracked even when a worker steps on the joint of the decorative straight tiles. SOLUTION: This roof structure is constituted in such a way that a sheathing roof board 3 is provided on a rafter 2, a plurality of decorative straight tiles 6 are arranged on the sheathing roof board 3 from the eaves toward a ridge zigzag, a plurality of decorative straight tiles are connected in such a manner that a head part 6a of the decorative straight tile 6 on an upper part side is first overlapped on a substantially central part of the decorative straight tile 6 on a lower part side and then on a tail part 6b of the decorative straight tile on the lower part side in a triple way and end faces of a plurality of decorative straight tiles 6 in the direction crossing the direction of ridge and eaves orthogonally come into contact mutually, and the joint 9 of the tiles is positioned in an upper face part of the decorative straight tile 6 on the lower part side. A net-like belt 5 is interposed between the sheathing roof board 3 and the decorative straight tile 6, and tapes 7 are arranged on the sheathing roof board 3 to position them below the joints 9 of a plurality of decorative straight tiles 6, respectively, to regulate bending of the decorative straight tile 6 positioned on the lower part side of the joint 9 of the decorative straight tiles 6 by these tapes 7.
