<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing at low cost a conductor having touch feeling inherent in its base material and having sufficient antistaticity even under low-temperature and low-humidity conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a conductor includes the following process: A base material (A) having nitrogen-containing functional groups is immersed in a liquid containing at least one compound (B) selected from a sulfo- and/or carboxyl-containing compound and a metal salt, ammonium salt and substituted ammonium salt thereof, and the thus immersed base material (A) is then subjected to oxidation treatment with an oxidizing agent (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
