PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enhanced interactive television broadcasting system where an audio/video broadcasting is watched by a first display system, and an "enhancement" to a broadcasting is watched and experienced by a different second display system at the same time. SOLUTION: The "enhancement" is synchronized with the broadcasting and is transmitted to a user as code fragments, for example, a Java (R) Script message. A URL is not required. A part of a Web page or an element is reduced to a single code fragment and is subject to rendering at a client side during receiving. As an application clock of the client is synchronized with global time, a network time protocol (NTP) is actualized.
