PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat device capable of restraining amplification of lateral vibration of a seat back excited by vertical vibration of a suspension, even if a vehicle of not joining a seat back side part to a vehicle body side part travels on a recess-projection road surface. SOLUTION: A swelling mechanism 54 arranged on the seat back 40 side can be deformed between an operation state 54Y of allowing the side surface 44 side on the outside in the vehicle width direction of the seat back 40 to abut on the inside surface 18A side of the vehicle body side part 18 and a release state of releasing an abutting state of the side surface 44 side on the outside in the vehicle width direction of the seat back 40 and the inside surface 18A side of the vehicle body side part 18. Thus, in a state of putting the swelling mechanism 54 in the operation state 54Y, even if a vibration load in the lateral direction acts on the seat back 40 when the vehicle travels, since the seat back 40 is supported by the vehicle body side part 18, displacement in the lateral direction of the seat back 40 is restricted.
