PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of finely adjusting length position, having a wide adjustable range and facilitating the adjustment; and a stabilizer by moving ferrule rubbers. SOLUTION: This stepless length-adjustable stick includes a proximal handle 1 at the upper part, a shaft screw 6 integrally formed in a large-diameter upper pipe support, a female thread 5 integrally formed in the upper side of a small-diameter lower pipe support 9, and ground contact variable ferrules 14 and 15 to the (fourth) lower end pipe of the small-diameter pipe support, and has a mechanism facilitating the length adjustment by the rotation of the large-diameter upper pipe support and the small-diameter lower pipe support.
