An elastic ring-attached multifunctional bookmark prod includes: a bookmark prod(100) with wide both sides; and one or more elastic rings(300) joined with one or more points on the both sides of the bookmark prod to restrict unfolding of the book by surrounding and fastening both sides of a book in one or more directions selected from longitudinal, lateral or diagonal directions. The bookmark prod is formed in forms of man, fruit, animal, plant, folding fan, etc. The bookmark prod has learning contents such as English words and fables and phrases printed on one or both sides thereof.
