In order to obtain a product (raw material of recycled product) of used agricultural vinyl (generally called "agricultural vinyl") at the prestage of recycle processing, sludge must be removed completely from the used agricultural vinyl. Some sludge can be removed by placing crushed used agricultural vinyl in a water tank filled with water and hitting the agricultural vinyl by rotating the blades of a water turbine, but it is difficult to remove the sludge completely because the agricultural vinyl is superimposed into several layers. There are provided a blade portion (14) of a water wheel (the blade is made of rubber or flexibleresin equivalent thereto) and a partition board (15) at the middle stage of a water tank so that the blade portion (14) of the water wheel comes into contact with the partition board (15), wherein the stack of crushed used agricultural vinyl is released and rubbed to thereby remove the sludge from the used agricultural vinyl. Water wheel (13) and partition boards (15) are provided at several positions in the water tank (10) such that the used agricultural vinyl can pass. The water tank middle stage board (12) includes the partition board (15) only at a part touching the water wheel (13), and a plurality of holes (16) are provided at otherpart so that the sludge is deposited at the part of water tank bottom (11). The used agricultural vinyl is rubbed using the blade portion (14) of the water turbine and the partition board (15) sequentially, and the sludge is removed by water flow from the water tank (10). At the upper stage of the water tank, the agricultural vinyl flows and the agricultural vinyl from which the sludge is removed is recovered. At the lower stage of the water tank, the sludge is drained to flow into equipment for separating the sludge into water and sludge. |
