The device has a recess (17) receiving a lubricant and running over entire length (L) of a thread (13) of a threaded spindle (12) and/or a screw. The depth (T) of the recess is same or larger than the height (H) of the thread that is formed as a fine or finest thread. The width of the recess amounts multiple of an inclination (s) of the thread. A set of recesses runs axially or transverse to a longitudinal axis, and is arranged around circumference of the thread and shifted to each other. The spindle is made of high-alloyed steel, and the screw is made of copper alloy.
