A dental handpiece is provided to obtain high torque of the rotation axis by using compressed air of the low pressure and to transfer the power of the compressed air to the drive propeller. A dental handpiece comprises: a handpiece main body and a handpiece driving part(120). The handpiece main body is formed of an air pipe inside, is formed of a head unit in one side, and is equipped with a handpiece driving part inside the head unit. The handpiece driving part comprises a driving part chamber(122) and a drive propeller(123).
