<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic sludge treatment method which can obtain a recyclable molding from inorganic sludge at a lower cost than before. <P>SOLUTION: Abrasive sludge containing a metal powder, such as a stainless steel powder or an aluminum alloy powder, and a grinding fluid are kneaded with an inorganic curing agent, and the obtained kneaded material is compression-molded to prepare a block body. For example, a pressure of 14.7-19.6 MPa is applied to a kneaded material consisting of 95 mass% abrasive sludge and 5 mass% to compression-mold it, and then the kneaded material is cured for 7 days, thereby enabling preparation of a cylindrical body having a uniaxial compressive strength in a range of 700-1,200 kN/m<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
