PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control technology capable of exhibiting sufficient braking performance even at a low voltage. SOLUTION: This brake control system 10 has a first wheel cylinder that applies a braking force to a first wheel according to hydraulic pressure, a second wheel cylinder that applies a braking force to a second wheel according to hydraulic pressure, a brake actuator 80 that receives the supply of an electric current and individually controls the hydraulic pressure of the first wheel cylinder and the hydraulic pressure of the second wheel cylinder, a power source that supplies the electric current to the brake actuator 80, and a control portion which sets a braking force distribution between the first and the second wheels based on a state of the charge of the power source and controls the brake actuator 80 according to the braking force distribution.
