An air conditioner is provided to improve performance by preventing the loss or decrease of refrigerant pressure by a refrigerant storing element. A storing element(50) is connected to a refrigerant path in parallel and stores refrigerant, wherein a flow rate of the refrigerant in the storing element is controlled by a flow rate controller(60).
