PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water display apparatus enabling a user to input a target image in an easy and reliable manner and draw an image such as a graphic in the air in a more creative manner. SOLUTION: The water display apparatus 1 includes: a tank 2 stored with water: a plurality of nozzles 3 jetting the water in the tank 2; stop valves 5 for opening and closing respective water supply passages 4 connecting the tank 2 and the nozzles 3; and a controller 6 controlling the operation of each stop valve 5. The controller 6 includes: an image input means 10 for inputting a target image such as a character or a graphic; a data processing means 6a for allocating the inputted target image in such a manner that the part of a preset grid corresponding to the target image serves as an ON signal or an OFF signal; and a data output means 6b opening or closing the stop valves 5 in accordance with the allocated ON or OFF signal.
