PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To also feel rigidity feeling while giving vibration-proofing property. SOLUTION: A grip attachment part 4 of a small diameter is mounted to an end part of a bar handle 3. A cylindrical member 10 made of metal is fitted to the grip attachment part 4, and a handle grip 9 is fitted to its outer peripheral surface. Two stripes of annular grooves 5 are recession-formed on the outer peripheral surface of the grip attachment part 4 with a clearance in an axial direction, and a vibration-proof member 6 made of rubber is fitted to them respectively. A plurality of projection parts 8 are projectedly provided on the vibration-proof member 6 along a circumferential direction in every equal angle, and respective distal end parts are abutted on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 10. When load is applied from a handle grip 9 in a radial direction, the projection part 8 is compression-deformed in the elastic limit accompanying with displacement of the cylindrical member 10 to an inner side in a radial direction.
