<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module which suppresses the effect of wiring resistance and wiring inductance. <P>SOLUTION: The module 1 includes a first functional element 2 and a second functional element 3, having a base electrode, an emitter electrode, and a collector electrode. The module 1 also includes a frame 4 directly connected to any one of the electrodes of the first functional element 2 and to any one of electrodes of the second functional element 3.
