<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the contact failure of an onboard DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) device. <P>SOLUTION: The onboard DSRC device 201 is provided with a loading mechanism 240 for ejecting and re-inserting an IC card 301. An IC card contact part 250 detects whether or not the contact failure occurs between a card contact part 250 of the onboard device 201 and a contact face 302 of the IC card 301, and automatically eliminates the contact failure by starting the loading mechanism 240 to remove dust and dirt when the contact failure is detected. In addition, the onboard DSRC device automatically eliminates the contact failure when the contact failure temporarily occurs due to vibrations during traveling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
