PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether a service provided by a contract communication entrepreneur can be utilized or not based on whether the relevant communication entrepreneur is identical for a terminal of a communicating party and for a present terminal. SOLUTION: A portable telephone device (present terminal) 1 discriminates whether the contract communication entrepreneur is identical for the other portable telephone device (a terminal of a communicating party) 1 connected via a wireless communication terminal 2 and for the present terminal, and reports a result of the discrimination.
