<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-layer brazing sheet in which one side of an Al-alloy core material is clad with an Al-alloy intermediate layer and an Al-alloy brazing filler metal is placed on a surface of the intermediate layer, on a side in noncontact with the core material, and to which vacuum brazing is applied in particular and which has excellent corrosion resistance and manufacturability. <P>SOLUTION: This aluminum-alloy brazing sheet is characterized in that: the respective high temperature deformation resistances at 450°C of the brazing filler metal, the intermediate layer and the core material and the respective cladding ratios of the brazing filler metal and the intermediate layer are regulated under mutual relationships to values within proper ranges, respectively; and the respective component compositions of the brazing filler metal, the intermediate layer and the core material are properly regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
