PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an remedying implement for remedying the incontinence or thamuria of elderly people without raising skin troubles. SOLUTION: The remedying implement 1 for the incontinence or thamuria for the elderly people is composed by housing a steam heat generation part 2 inside a housing body 3 provided with an at least partially air permeable first surface 3A facing the skin surface of a user and a second surface 3B facing it and turned outward. The steam heat generation part 2 is configured to generate water vapor through the first surface 3A utilizing heat generated by the oxidation reaction of an oxidizable metal. In the remedying implement 1, a heat generation temperature measured based on JIS S4100 is 37 to 40°C on an average from one hour to six hours after the start of heat generation.
