<p>Provided is a steering wheel rolling bicycle, which includes: a locker housing fixed to the steering wheel and having a rear side of the locker housing axially mounted to a frame axis; a locker movable within the locker housing and having a binding unit at one side of the locker; an adjustment knob for controlling movement of the locker; and an axis case fixed to the front wheel fork axially mounted on the front wheel, and having the penetrated frame axis and a binding unit corresponding to the locker binding unit at one side of the axis case, wherein the binding units are coupled/uncoupled when the locker moves. Accordingly, the bicycle allows not only persons with a great physical strength but persons with a weak physical strength such as women, children and the old or persons with a small height to easily and safely use the bicycle.</p> |
