<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reproduce a raw material with high cleanliness by satisfactorily preventing powder dust contamination by a simple structure in reuse by raw material recycling of a residual waste material. <P>SOLUTION: In the raw material reproduction machine 3, a carrying function part 32e of a pushing main screw 32b includes an engagement pull-in part 32f to be engaged with the residual waste material generated after product molding to pull the residual waste material toward the pushing main screw 32b and cut it in accordance with rotation of the main screw 32b, so that the rough crushing process of the residual waste material can be performed not in a crusher as in the past but in the raw material reproduction machine 3 itself. Accordingly, the residual waste material generated after product molding can be directly supplied to the raw material reproduction machine 3 without being passed through the conventional crusher for the rough crushing process of the residual waste material to omit the rough crushing process using crusher, and generation of powder dust can be suppressed to improve cleanliness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
