PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private part washing device which restrains a splash from adhering to a nozzle protruding/receding wall of a base or a shutter, and which is advantageous to restrain a user from suffering from a feeling of discomfort, by restraining the user from visually recognizing an adhesion trace on the nozzle protruding/receding wall or the shutter, in case of the adhesion of the splash. SOLUTION: This private part washing device comprises the base 2 which is installed on a toilet bowl 1, a toilet seat 3, and a washing nozzle. The base 2 is equipped with the nozzle protruding/receding wall 5 which has an opening allowing the protrusion/receding of the washing nozzle. The nozzle protruding/receding wall 5 is inclined at a first inclination angle of 50°or less with respect to a virtual horizontal line H1 in such a manner as to be isolated from the center 3c of the toilet seat toward a lower portion of the nozzle protruding/receding wall 5 from an upper portion of the nozzle protruding/receding wall 5.
