PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling agent for solanaceous plant's canker injury, with Pseudomonas fluorescens G7090 bacterium as the active ingredient having high antagonism against Clavibacter michiganensis bacteria as pathogenic bacteria causing canker in tomatoes or the like, and to provide a method for controlling the above disease injury. SOLUTION: The controlling agent for solanaceous plant's canker injury, characterized by containing Pseudomonas fluorescens G7090 bacterium as the active ingredient, is provided. This controlling agent enables the Pseudomonas fluorescens G7090 bacterium to control in high efficiency the solanaceous plant's canker injury stemming from Clavibacter michiganensis bacteria.
