PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition having an S1P (sphingosine-1-phosphate) receptor agonist activity, useful as an immunosuppresant and orally administrable with little adverse effects. SOLUTION: The medicinal composition comprises a compound represented by general formula (I) [wherein, V represents -NH-CO- or -CO-NH-; A represents -COOR<SP>7</SP>(wherein, R<SP>7</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group) or the like; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>represent each independently a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, an amino group or an alkyl group; R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>represents each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group; Q represents -CH<SB>2</SB>O-, -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>-, -CH=CH-, -CH<SB>2</SB>-O-N=CR<SP>8</SP>-, -CONR<SP>9</SP>-, -NR<SP>10</SP>CO-, -CH<SB>2</SB>NR<SP>11</SP>CO- or -CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>NR<SP>12</SP>CO-; and Y and Z represent each a benzene or a group formed from an aromatic heterocycle], a salt thereof or a solvate thereof.
