THE CLEARANCE ADJUSTER OF ENGINE VALVE IN A HELIUM LIQUEFIER AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING SAME

A clearance adjuster of a helium liquefier engine valve is provided to increase output of liquid helium and maintain concerned equipment in a good operating state by accurately adjusting clearances of suction and exhaust valves of a helium liquefier engine. A clearance adjuster of a helium liquefier engine valve comprises: a body(23) including a groove which is penetratingly formed in a top part of the body, and on which a screw thread(24) is formed, and holes which are penetrated into both sides of the body such that the holes are in communication with the groove, and on which a screw thread is formed; a clearance adjusting part(21) of which one side is screwed to the groove formed on the groove formed in the body, and of which the other side is brought into contact with a top side of a valve rod to adjust a clearance; and fixing members(22) screwed to the holes formed in sides of the body to fix the clearance adjusting part. The body is fixed by a support(25) inserted into the groove formed in the top part of the body such that the support is screwed to the body.
