A sauce for the roasted food, and its preparation method are provided to allow the roasted food to be cook easily even by an unskilled user by using the sauce and to improve circulation period. A sauce for the roasted food is prepared by diluting 840 cc of ganjang (soy sauce), 3 kg of sugar, 1.6 kg of condiment, 350 mL of an alcohol, 27 g of black pepper, 1000 cc of starch syrup, 27 g of the cheonggukjang (thick soybean paste) powder, 1.5 L of water, 1.5 L of the flavored carbonated drink and 27 g of a garlic powder; adding 17 kg of gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) to it; and diluting it. |
