<p>An apparatus for polymerase chain reaction(PCR) comprising a DNA chip is provided to prevent gap generation between the DNA chip and heater by forming the heater in the lower part of the DNA chip integrally, accurately perform the temperature measurement and control by selectively controlling the current supply from the current supply portion, and eliminate the additional temperature calibration. The apparatus(100) for PCR comprises a housing(110), a support shelf(120) which is connected to the housing inner wall, an optic(130) which is connected to one side of the support shelf and observes the DNA chip, a substrate which is installed under the optic and support shelf apart from a certain distance and forms grooves along the outer circumference in a regular interval, a DNA chip(140) which is settled in the groove of substrate and has a heater formed integrally in he lower part, a current supply portion which is located in one side of substrate and supplies the current to the heater, and a driving tool which is connected to the lower part of substrate, and rotates or moves the substrate.</p> |
