<p>An apparatus for confirming the link balancing and a method thereof are provided to check the deterioration of the receiving stage of a base station or repeater and the path loss. A link balance confirmation index reference value setting unit(110) sets up the reference value of a link balance confirmation index for checking whether down link and up link coverages are abnormal or not by using the minimum RSCP(Receiving Signal Code Power) and maximum Tx-power of a communication terminal. A parameter calculating part(120) calculates the RSCP and terminal Tx-power measured in the communication terminal. A link balance confirmation(130) compares the value obtained by using the RSCP and terminal Tx-power with the reference value to check whether the down link and up link coverages of a cell to which the communication terminal belongs balance or not.</p> |
