A pneumatic tire, shoes, a tire chain, and a pneumatic tire vulcanization-mold is provided to acquire high braking performance from start by improving performance of braking on snowy or wet road. A pneumatic tire comprises a thread part(16), and a carcass(12) whose both ends are formed with a single or plural layers folded on a bead core(11) respectively. The skewness of a landing portion surface of a tread is 0 or greater. A belt layer(14) in which a plurality of belt plies are layered, is buried in the outer side of the crown portion(12C) of the carcass. The outer side of the belt layer forms a tread(16) in which grooves are arranged. A shallow groove is formed in the tread part. The width of the shallow groove is average 10~100 micron.
