A coast multi-functional artificial fishing reef is provided, which obtains a habitat space for macroalgae, the marine microorganism, etc and enables early insertion of ocean plant. A coast multi-functional artificial fishing reef comprises: a polygonal support frame(1) in which the center is penetrated; a plurality of side frames(2) which are equipped to be inclined on the top of the support frame and in which a compartment(21) is formed; and an upper panel(3) which is equipped in the upper end of the side frame and in which a plurality of concavo-convexes(31) are formed on the top. A concrete layer and a mixed concrete layer including a porous concrete layer formed of a plurality of air pores are formed on the top of the upper panel. |
