SHAFT COOLER OF BULK MATERIALS

摘要

Shaft cooler of bulk material has cylindrical body, air distribution chamber with round cross section placed in the body with gaps to its walls. Air distribution camber is arranged as two closed multi-section collectors with openings, outer and inner ones, each of those has independent controlled supply of cooling air from outer supply source. Position of inner collector can be varied in height with respect to outer one, with prevention of formation of fixed not blown-through layer of cooled material over collectors and with provision of uniform motion and effective cooling of material in perimeter of cooler.
