A handle 11 for rotating a spindle 14 to open a door comprises a base portion which is adapted to be positioned contiguous with the door surface from which the spindle protrudes, wherein the base portion comprises an eccentric bore 13 for receiving the spindle. The handle further comprises a boss 18 protruding from an underside of the handle having a channel running therethrough, the boss being eccentrically positioned to the central axis X-X of the cylinder. |
