The invention relates to the branch of machine building, in particular to mechanical processing of components by abrasive stones. A device for superfinishing contains an electromagnetic vibrator, a two-arm lever, on one lever arm a holder of abrasive stones is fixed, hinges for transfer of vibrations to abrasive stones, a hydro-electric unit with a cam, which interacts with a fork. The fork is made at the end of the second lever arm. The hydro-electric unit contains a hydraulic support, which is connected with the lever. In accordance with the invention, the hydro-electric unit contains a hydraulic drive and a hydraulic lock. The hydraulic lock is connected by channels with hydro-support and hydraulic drive. The cam is installed on the axle of hydro-electric unit with possibility of vibration and interaction with the hydraulic drive. In another embodiment the hydraulic drive is made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder with channels for supply of working fluid and a mobile piston. The mobile piston of hydraulic drive is connected with the cam through a shank of the cam. The hydro-support is made in the form of hydraulic cylinder with the channels in its upper and lower parts for supply of working fluid and the piston installed motionlessly in its middle part. The invention provides for automatic adjusting of the mode of working without external power supply, which decreases the energy content of device, its overall dimensions and provides for extension of functional capabilities. |
