A technique for allohernioplasty in the patients with the postoperative midline and paracolostomic abdominal hernias relates to the medicine, in particular to the surgery. The technique comprises the shared access to the midline and paracolostomic hernial defects, the midline cicatrectomy, the separation of the cutaneous-subcutaneous flap exposing the hernial sacs, the stoma walls, and the aponeurotic edges of the hernial gates, the removal of the hernial sacs, the contact suturing of the hernial defects, and the closure of both defects with the single implant. |
