<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform network management without increasing the load of devices constituting a radio network. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A radio network communication management system is constituted of: a radio network including a plurality of slave units 31, repeaters 32, and a master unit 33 connected to the Internet 36 via a gateway 35; and a network management system 34 connected to the Internet 36. The slave units 31, repeaters 32 and master unit 33 have standard MIBs, extended MIBs, access methods for accessing MIBs, and radio data links for radio access. The network management system 34 uses SNMP to collect the information of MIBs. The gateway 35 deletes an index value when transferring an information acquisition request of SNMP and adds an index value when transferring an information acquisition response of SNMP.
