An illuminating apparatus using an LED(Light Emitting Diodes) is provided to regularly spread light by simultaneously forming two concave and convex parts on a lens. An illuminating apparatus using an LED includes a case(3), an LED lamp extension plate(5), light spreading plate(7) and a cover. The case is combined with a ceiling, a wall or a fixing pillar by a coupling member. The LED lamp extension plate includes one or more LEDs(11). The light spreading plate spreads evenly the light generated from the LEDs. The cover is combined with the case. The light spreading plate has a lens(7a) of one unit type and several lens. One concave part is formed at an inner side of the lens in the light spreading plate including a lens of a unit type. A convex part is formed at an outer side of the lens. The other concave part is formed at center portion of the convex part. The other concave part has a diameter smaller than that of the convex part. |
