The problem of harming the facial skin through hard elimination of sebum, stain and other remnants from the facial skin is resolved. There is provided a facial device comprising not only a cup for accommodating lotion but also a conduit tube for indraft of dropped lotion built in a spray body so that carbon dioxide gas is fed into the conduit tube and a jet of the resultant carbonate-mixed lotion in misty form is emitted through an atomizing nozzle disposed at the distal end of the spray body. Accordingly, the carbonate component acts on the capillaries of the facial skin to thereby dilate the capillaries with the result that sebum, stain and other remnants are softly let free and eliminated from the facial skin to thereby attain orientation toward a youthful beautiful facial skin.
