A storage box for precooling is provided to increase the amount of cool air and to improve the circulation velocity of cool air, thereby enhancing the freshness of food. A storage box(30) for precooling is such that the upper part is opened, and the side part and the bottom part are closed, comprises a plurality of penetration holes(36) formed at the side part and the bottom part, and is provided with a box main body(32) having a handle hole(34) at the upper part of the side part, wherein a plurality of mounting holes(38) are formed at the preset interval at the side part of the box main body, and a support piece(40) is installed inside the mounting holes and crosses with the projected rotation guide pin(42). A lightweight rotation fan(44) is inserted into the rotation guide pin so as to be rotated by the force of the air flown from the outside, and a safety net(46) is inserted into the outer side of the each mounting hole.
