Substance of method of fatty liver disease diagnostics in patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C consists as follows: blood serum of the patient is analysed for apolipoprotein A-1 and apolipoprotein B-100. High level of apolipoprotein B-100 within 1.15-1.17 g/l and low level of apolipoprotein A-1 within 0.89-0.92 g/l indicates fatty liver disease in patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C.
