A probe unit capable of smoothly performing delivery of electric signal, a needle of probe unit, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent interference between needles of a probe unit by improving rigidity of a beam part of the needle of the probe unit. A probing part(111) is contacted in a pad mounted on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display). A first beam part(101) is connected to a top of the probing part, has elasticity, and supports the probing part. A second beam part(102) is connected to the first beam part, and supports the first beam part. A connection part(103) is connected to the second beam part, and is contacted in a circuit terminal in order to deliver an electric signal to the pad mounted on the LCD. |
