FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: parsley roots and onions are cut, blanched and minced. Carrots are blanched and minced; fresh green peas and green vegetables are frozen and minced. Turtle meat is cut and minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with melted butter, culinary water, culinary salt and CO2-extract of hot black pepper. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods. |
